The dragons that read bedtime stories, not the ones that breathe fire. A 2-pack of burp cloths in Magical Dragons — one cloth with watercolor dragons gliding between clouds and stars on pale blue; the second a mint-green windowpane grid. Each cloth is 22 × 11.5 in, muslin on one side with a terry cloth back for maximum absorption. Built for the spit-up months, then the stroller-wipe months, then the light-cover months after that.
The material. Tanboocel® Bamboo Viscose, blended with cotton and woven into an open-weave muslin — soft against a newborn’s cheek, and it softens further with more washes and use. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Tanboocel® is also the cleaner way to make bamboo viscose: a closed-loop process recovers most of the water and solvent instead of sending it downstream.
Why the terry back. Single-layer muslin soaks through to your shoulder, which defeats the point. The terry cloth back absorbs without bleeding through.
Care. Machine wash cold or warm, tumble dry low or hang. The print holds through repeated washing.
Common questions
How many do we need?
Four to six during the first few months. Start with two 2-packs; add a third if you're doing burp-cloth laundry daily.
Tanboocel® or cotton?
Cotton goes scratchy after a few washes. Tanboocel® Bamboo Viscose stays soft and wicks faster. Most families try both and keep the muslin.
Can it double as a light blanket?
Yes — it’s opaque and warm enough for a stroller or car seat. Not for nighttime sleep; use the sleep bags for that.
Does the print match other products?
Yes — many burp cloth prints pair with the muslin swaddles for gift sets.
After the spit-up stops. Around month six the cloth gets reassigned — stroller wipe, car-seat cover, nursing cover, emergency bib. Most parents land on the same reuses in roughly that order, which is why the 2-pack outlives the months it was bought for.
